The one bedroom studio unit, garden view,has a queen sofa bed in the
living room, a full kitchen, full bath, large lanais, overhead
plantation fans in room, cable T/V and VCR and a washer and dryer in
the unit. We also have a lovely large pool and jacuzzi and Webber
gas grills at the Cliffs Resort. The unit comes completely furnished
with all kitchen appliances including dishwasher, built in microwave
over stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and flatware. All
linens are also furnished including an extra set if needed. The unit
is also fully equipped with a digital CD, tape player and radio
combination with surround sound that plays CD*s, CD-R*s and CD-RW
discs in addition to tapes. Condobobs Cliffs and Sandpiper Village
condo units located in Princeville, Kauai recently received special
acclaim in the November 2003 issue of Arthur Frommers Budget Travel
magazine for being one of the best budget buys on the Island of
Kauai. The article is also posted on the web and Condobob will be

web site. None of the four other condos mentioned in the Budget
