On six acres of beachfront, the ResortQuest Islander on the Beach is
located seven miles from Lihue airport, eight miles from the town of
Lihue, and adjacent to Coconut Plantation Marketplace. The
plantation-styled buildings of this resort recall Kauai's history as
an agricultural center. Guests at the resort have the run of
more than six beachfront acres on Kauai's east coast. Watersports
can be enjoyed at the hotel, while golf and tennis can be found
nearby. On-site facilities include a pool and Jacuzzi. The Coconut
Plantation Marketplace, adjacent to the hotel, is home to more than
60 shops and a theater. The hotel features a Jolly Roger Restaurant
and a snack bar, and the Coconut Plantation Marketplace has various
