The Blue sits on the beautiful Doral golf course and is within 20
minutes from Coconut Grove and Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and
downtown Miami and Village of Merrick Park.
Hotel amenities at The Blue include swimming pool surrounded by
plush lounge seating, concierge services, fitness center and guest
parking. Additional amenities include multilingual staff, dry
cleaning service and business center. Wireless internet access is
also provided. The Blue does not have a restaurant, but there are
several dining options within the surrounding area including Chispa
Restaurant, Macaroni Grill, Tony Roma's, LongHorn Steakhouse,
Bruschetta and Co. and Benihana.
Accommodations at The Blue are all suites with balconies. All
feature plasma TVs, a sound system and fully equipped kitchens with
microwaves, refrigerators, and cookware/dishes. The sumptuous master
bath includes a whirlpool bath and a full supply of luxurious
linens, towels, robes and bathroom amenities. All furnishings are
custom designed in-house and built mostly in Italy and Canada. The
wood species throughout are wedge and dark oak veneer with accents
in white oak and zebra wood; the color palette includes taupe, teal
and soft blues; custom carpeting, European flooring, Italian
kitchens and built in closets complete the interior amenities.
Please note this hotel charges a daily resort fee of 15.00 per room,
per day which covers internet access, parking, daily newspaper, and
access to the fitness facility. |
