The resort has four room categories- they differ in size/
location/ and views.

all of the rooms have been recently refurbished and all
of the hotel rooms are decorated in a new england style/
with rich duvets and throws. the furniture is a light
country pine. they all have air conditioning/ computer
modems/ voice mail/ hairdryers and spa quality bath
amenities. nightly turndown is available upon request.

the resort has 2 ada approved fully accessible rooms with
roll-in shower/ lowered toilets both with assistance bars.
tdd phones/ hearing impaired alarm clock/ doorbell/ and

beds. these rooms are located throughout the four floors
and have limited views of the property. these rooms can
