The 17-story Waikiki Gateway Hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk
through Fort DeRussy Park to Waikiki Beach and eight miles from
Honolulu International Airport. This location is where Kalakaua
Avenue branches off to form Kuhio Avenue, within walking distance of
central Waikiki. Hotel amenities include the gift shop, laundry
facilities, and outdoor pool on the fourth floor with lounge chairs.
Nick's Fishmarket offers fresh seafood and a separate lounge area
for drinks. The hotel also offers free daily continental breakfast,
high-speed internet access, and discounts to surrounding restaurants
and activities. All rooms feature private bathrooms, small
refrigerators, safes, lanais,free high-speed access, Lodgenet movies
and video games, and air-conditioning. Hairdryers and hot water pots
are available at the front desk.
Children ages 17 and under
are free when sharing a room with their parents and use existing
bedding; otherwise, extra person charges will apply if occupancy
exceeds two persons.
